MyHealth: A program designed to improve health outcomes and reduce emergency room and inpatient utilization. Partner: Indiana Division of Mental Health and Addiction

MyLife: Assists youths and young adults with health/behavioral health, education, career, housing, social connectedness, and other transitional services. Partner: Indiana Division of Mental Health and Addiction

School-Based Services: Cummins’ professionals are co-located in the schools to improve access to care and to promote more effective care coordination with school personnel. Partners: Over 150 schools in central Indiana.

Child Mental Health Wraparound Program: Services designed to provide intensive supports to children and families with multiple needs. Partner: Indiana Division of Mental Health and Addiction

Employment Services: Services to help individuals prepare for, find, and sustain employment. Partner: Indiana Bureau of Rehabilitation Services

Action Network Initiative: A youth diversion program involving the courts and Marion County behavioral health providers. Partner: Indiana Division of Mental Health and Addiction and MacArthur Policy Academy.

Adult Mental Health Habilitation Services (AMHH): Provides care to individuals needing long-term supports. Partner: Indiana Division of Mental Health and Addiction

Behavioral and Primary Healthcare Coordination (BPHC): Addresses the needs of individuals who formerly participated in Indiana’s Medicaid spend-down program. Partner: Indiana Division of Mental Health and Addiction.

Services to families involved with the child welfare system: Partner: Indiana Department of Child Services (DCS).
